This Cookie Policy explains how Global Health DataChain ("GHDC", "we") uses cookies and similar technologies (such as browser local storage). It complements our Privacy Policy.
This document is the English-language authoritative version. A Portuguese (Brazil) translation is provided for convenience; if the two conflict, the English version governs.
1. What are cookies and local storage?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device; local storage is a similar browser mechanism. Both let a site or app remember information between visits — for example, your language preference or that you are logged in.
2. What we use — and what we don't
We keep this deliberately minimal. We do not use advertising, marketing, or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell data to advertisers.

Strictly-necessary technologies do not require consent because the Service cannot function without them. Preference storage is set when you make a choice (such as changing language).
3. Third-party providers
Some essential functionality is provided by third parties whose technologies may set cookies or use storage on our behalf, principally our authentication and embedded-wallet provider (Privy) for keeping you securely signed in. These are limited to operating the Service.
4. Managing cookies
You can control or delete cookies and clear local storage through your browser settings. Blocking strictly-necessary items may prevent you from signing in or using core features. Because we use no advertising or analytics trackers, there is no separate "reject all tracking" choice to make — there is nothing of that kind to reject.
5. Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy as the Service evolves. If we ever introduce optional cookies (for example, privacy-respecting analytics), we will ask for your consent first and update this page.
